China is Going Too Far!
At the 2019 NATO meeting in the UK, the declaration of China as the new rival is, indeed, the result of a long process. NATO had completed its mission and was about to be buried with the words of French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron: "NATO is brain dead". Rather than a military organization, it converted into a political structure that operated to prevent the alignment of the European Union, led by Germany, which is a source of capital, production and technology, and Russia, which is a developing and prospering country with a wealth of raw materials. Thus, it was time to put the "first invent a problem, then impose your political and military ambitions under the name of a solution" model into action. Those who lived through the years when the communist manhunts were underway would understand very well what I mean.
Following the end of the Cold War, the Western alliance and the Soviets agreed to create a new and common threat to replace communism, which had ceased to be a bogeyman, and the Soviet Russia was dismantled in a controlled manner as a result of this consensus. This new common threat would be radical Islam and radical ethnic minorities. The overthrow of the Shah in Iran and putting Khomeini in power from France, the occupation of Afghanistan first by Russia and then by the US and its radicalization, and the looting of Beirut, which was once called the Paris of the East, and the rise of Hezbollah and similar organizations from there are not accidental but part of a long-term design. I would like to remind you that even the PKK was based in the Bekaa valley, which was under the control of Israeli intelligence for years. From this perspective, it is no wonder that Western, Russian and Israeli intelligence organizations are behind organizations such as the PKK-YPG, Al-Qaeda, ISIS which are so ruthless as to burn our soldiers alive, and Boko Haram.
There was a brief period of calm at the end of the Serbia Kosovo wars, which ended with NATO's intervention in the Balkans, but this is contrary to NATO's philosophy. Threat is essential for it. NATO, which signaled its expansion with the color revolutions in Georgia and Ukraine, has once again turned Russia into a threat with the small northern European countries it has incorporated. Today, Russia which has been squeezed into a corner amid its legitimate security concerns is at war with Ukraine, a war designed to serve the West, where it is ambiguous what cannot be shared. The aim is to weaken Russia militarily and economically and to revitalize NATO again, while neutralizing it in future plots against China. Therefore, China's policy and attitude towards Russia today is very crucial for China in the future. An isolated country that is surrounded militarily and economically, no matter how powerful it is, cannot survive and would become a victim of the new order of exploitation.
Meanwhile, in Africa, South America and the Middle East, China is rapidly disrupting the existing new model exploitation order and becoming the alternative and even preferred leader to the Western alliance. The best example of this was demonstrated in August 2023 when it succeeded in reconciling the sworn enemies Saudi Arabia and Iran in the Middle East. Therefore, it is quite clear why the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor consists of these geographies. By making India, which has similar characteristics to China, an alternative to China and weakening China's manufacturing power and economy, China is targeted to be surrounded from the west, from the east by Japan, which is rapidly shifting towards militarism with the death of a Japanese leader like Shinzo Abe, who is against militarism, by a radical religious extremist, from the east by an Australia equipped with nuclear submarine technologies, from the south by an Australia equipped with nuclear submarine technologies and from the north by the North Pole.
The West's policy of encircling China is not only military but also economic. The India-Middle East-Europe economic belt, which is understood to be planned to strike a blow to China's Belt and Road, is so important to the West that it has turned Israel into a genocide perpetrator after years of condoning all kinds of violence against the Palestinians and neighboring countries for being subjected to genocide. Of course, the announced economic corridor has benefits for the member states. Israel will kill many birds with one stone by taking full control of the huge natural gas deposits discovered off the coast of Gaza, 67% of which belong to the Palestinians, and by opening the evacuated Gaza to settlers. Europe, on the other hand, dreams of having an alternative energy source to the cheap Russian gas pipelines sabotaged and destroyed by its allies.
